Additional Permissions

It would be helpful to have some additional permissions associated with this module:

1) Allow administrators to limit bulk entry of nodes to only certain roles
2) Allow administrators to limit bulk entry of nodes only to certain nodes (so even if a user has the rights to create a particular content type, you could still restrict them from creating that content type with Multi Node Add.)
