Hello,

I am running the Front Page Module (http://drupal.org/project/front) to display a custom splash page.

I've learned that the splash page may be hurting me SEO wise.

I wanted to place a block in this splash page by using the Insert Block Module (http://drupal.org/project/insert_block)

But it is not working.

I wanted to know how to accomplish this.

Maybe if I explain what I want to do there might be another way of doing it than the way I'm trying.

I want to place a list of nodes with teaser and link on the splash page.

I've tried using the RSS feed with scripts like feedburner and http://gmodules.com/ig/creator?url=
But they are all javascript so the content's text doesn't appear on the page when you view the source.
The content is visible on the page but in the source code only thing visible is a script like

If there is a way to do this with views I don't know because I don't want it themed. I want to be able to set the splash page design differently than the drupal theme. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I may seem inpatient but this already burried underneath pages. I just hope someone that knows what to do would see this post. So I'm trying to up this.
