with this module and 4.7.3. I installed it two separate times and all it managed to do is totally mung my block settings, while not providing global control as promised.
At least back up your database before installing this.

Please provide details of the issue. What does 'totally mung' mean? How did the module not provide global settings? Screenshots, data from the blocks table before and after enabling....
