US developer wanted to work on a tabbed section of a product site.

I have a section of my site where users can add in a new company (image, info, address, url, phone # etc) but these are considered user submitted companies.

We are getting quite a bit of interest in companies being able to submit their own information and expanding upon that to allowing things like company news, history, events, images, awards , products..

I would like a company rep to sign up via a normal account, then I can authorize them or enable them to the company permission role, which then they get a special admin menu to add the following information.

News - think of just news items (similar to a blog posts)
History - Fill it out once, history of the company, (then when they have filled it out once, they should only be able to edit it and not fill out another one)
Events - List of events, prob use some event module
Images - Allow them to use a gallery/image system (this already built for normal users they have their own gallery/images)
Awards - list of awards..

The the main company page would have tiny bits of info about the company , logo, one or 2 news items, location, 2 events shown in the them, etc.. and tabs at the top that go to the various sections, news tab would show all news, events would show all events that the company has put in.

I have a mock up and more detailed information, but would require an nda to be signed.

based upon that I would like to get a estimate of both time and price. You must live in the US and have skype avail so we can discuss anything that comes up or clear up any issues.
