I added configuration options to toggle the 'display' option in userpoints_userpointsapi(), which determines whether or not to use drupal_set_message() when points are awarded.

I also added configuration to calculate the awarded points based on product total OR actual order total, so that points can be awarded on the net order total if a discount (i.e. coupon) is applied.

Would like to hear some feed back from the community on if they think this is a good to have. Good chance it won't show up until D7. I realize people are still using D6 but I really like some of the features in D7 and would rather work on having that one be the goal with all the options, code cleaned up, etc.
