Blocking user puts user in wrong role

Just tried the block user link from the "Troll Track" page for a user I wanted to block. I pressed "Block User" and I was given the message "Blocked user USERNAME and assigned role Forum Moderator 2." And of course since that role is "reserved for internal use by the Forum Access module" I can't even uncheck the selected role from the user edit page.

User is blocked, but I fear I won't be able to remove the user from that role (and there shouldn't be any users in that role).

In my settings for Troll, "Troll Block Role", I have put "Trolling user" as the role. The user is not in this role.

Running the latest version.
