I'm having a problem with Acquia Marina and links to login. Basically, any login link is having the link taken out, so I can't click on it. This is making it impossible to use Ajax Login/Register & Fancy Login. After playing around for awhile, this only happens in Acquia Marina. All other themes are fine. Any idea what is causing this?

What browser are you using? I just installed the Ajax Login/Register module (http://drupal.org/project/ajax_register) and it seems to be working correctly in FireFox. I didn't apply any styles to the block so it's a default block with the links that open in a popup window and all seems good.

I've used firefox, ie6, and chrome. Only happened with Aqua Marina 3.0. 2.0 works fine.

Do you have any jQuery Update type modules installing and running? If so try disabling them to see if it fixes the problem. As far as I can tell it doesn't seem to be an issue with the theme even though it works for other themes like you said. Try running Fusion Core too and see if that works or not.
