Issue Summary
Create an option so that you can disable the confirmation request to add or remove or promote a member to the group.

Here is a patch file. I've added a new configuration option, and a new function that gets called in place of _groupadmin_confirm to optionally take the action and go to the list of members/nonmembers/admin/all.
Longer term, it'd be great to add some checkboxes to be able to add/delete members from the same page.

Thanks for that, and I totally agree this is a needed feature. Will commit once tested (and when I get round to it after the summer :)
