I have tried to create a view of fans (them to you) by no luck. I am playing with relationship browser view and overriding and adding various displays. I can easily create follower (I am their fan, me to them) view. You can give argument is requester and then add requestee name in fields to display.

But the opposite does not work. Adding an argument requestee and fields requesters , does not create a view of fans only.

Any thoughts?

The same list is available easily using UR_blocks. But those are difficult to theme in 6.x and recommended method is to use a view block for such purpose.

Has someone tried this?

Hi ajayg,

I was able to achieve a 'my fans' view by using the filter provided by pedrofaria at #866400: Views filter patch for current user. My one-way relationship type is named 'fan'. I have attached a simple views 3 export.

Please leave feedback at #866400 and thank pedrofaria for making UR that much better =)

However views 3 is not released yet and not everything else is yet compatible with views 3. So I am looking for a views 2 solution. Even after the "current user" patch I could not get this working in views 2. If Anyone got that working I will appreciate if they can please post here so we all can benefit.

Hey ajayg,

The same view can be setup in Views 2 no problem thanks to the patch at #866400 =)
See the attached sample my fans view 2 export (make sure you apply the patch at #866400: Views filter patch for current user)

I have install the latest rc5 version which including the patch. and then I import your views into my site. but there is nothing showing on my site, can you please see the attached image for my screen-cut, is there anthing wrong with my views?
