I'm using weight quote and Simple Shipping Quotes. At the checkout everything is correct - I can choose one of the delivery options. The problem is with the order preview screen - there is no delivery cost (print screen is attached to this issue).

Could You help me?

And one more thing: I'm not using any Payment gateways (maybe that's the problem?)

This is by design, if you have a payment module installed then the shipping cost is already shown on the review screen, so there was no need to show it twice.
