Not sure is this is a Panels or Content Profile or APK issue so posting to all 3 (will report back when I found out more):

I'm using Content Profile to create custom fields for user profiles and APK to hook them in to Panels nicely. It's working fine but when I lay the profile out with Panels I only get %substitution suggestions for text fields (single line) not text areas (multiline). I can't get text areas to display!

Any ideas?
