Shapefile filefield widget

Issue Summary

I'm not sure if this would be helpful at all for folks working with geo, but I developed this for a project and figured i would send it upstream incase someone else could find this helpful. This module provides a cck filefield widget for shapefiles. It was designed to work in conjunction with Cascadenik so it also provides the ability to store mss ID and Class attributes along with the projection string.
