Can you explain how to add region in node display ?

Well, you only have the 5 regions which we offer right now.

You can however create fieldgroups (at admin/build/ds/nd/fieldgroups) and create subgroups if you like. This way you can mimic more regions if you like.

But only one level is possible with fieldgroups and i need more.
