How to change the JW player skin?

Issue Summary

Ive downloaded the skin I want but after trying to follow the tutorial from the JW player site, I am confused and don't know how to install the skin. It came in a .zip file with images and a xml file. I am using flashvideo's default player as of now. How can I get this skin to work?

Under FlashVideo> Content Type> Flash Player> Custom FlashVars.

example:

file=@video&frontcolor=ffffff&lightcolor=cccccc&skin=/sites/default/files/overlay.swf&controlbar=over
