This is pretty stange. My website loads very fast but the image module loads so slowly. Opening any category page takes up 25seconds. I wonder why.... But loading a certain image only takes a second or 2. Check it out guys

Did you try to turn on caching so that the page is generated only once?

When I did that I got this:

Some SQL coder told me that I should index my tables. He runs some other script and told me that when he had a small amount of items the script worked fine but when he had more his pages started to load very slowly. Apparantly I dont know how to do that. DOes drupal has a module that does that for you?

All of the drupal tables are already indexed. You don't have to worry about that.

As for the output, I don't know why you get that. Are you using an old browser? If I am not mistaken, drupal stores a compressed version of the cached web page. It then tries to serve the compressed page. If it can't, I believe that it uncompresses the page for the browser. The only thing that I can think of is that the compression module (mod_gzip?) on the server is not installed properly.

But why it takes 15-20sec for 1 image in a category to load?!?! the 96images takes 25-30sec to load. The compression is properly installed, i checked threw some web service. I tested the page in FF and IE.

See it yourself. ;)

I went to http://www.piotrpix.com/free-photo-gallery, chose a category and then a photo. All the pages loaded up fine, within 2 seconds or so. If it sometimes takes 15-20 seconds I imagine it might be a server issue?

Nope, the server is fast.
