When removing an email address in CM, how can the authenticated user subscribe again?

Issue Summary

Hello,

I'm just trying the emf module out with campaign monitor. For now everything looks great, except for one thing. If an authenticated user subscribes to a list and the email address is removed from the campaign monitor's email management screen, the option to subscribe again to that newsletter stays hidden for that user (as if it is still subscribed to that newsletter). I already used 'resync subscriptions synchronization' and ran cron afterwards.

I might be doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what to do now.

On a side note: it might be nice to keep the newsletters - that authenticated users are subscribed to - checked, so they can easily unsubscribe by unchecking it. Same for anonymous users. Is there a way for them to unsubscribe via the website?
