Extract & resize image from content to display in view?

I am trying to create an always updating block using view. Firstly, I will create a page with the words and image inserted using tinyMCE. Then I will go to create a view, to extract the date, node title and also the image. Then the problem comes.

In fields of view, I can get Node:title, Node:Post Date. How can I get one of the image uploaded in the content page? I may choose the first picture that appear in the content, resize it, and put them in the view. Any way to do that?

If it can't extract from tinyMCE, is it possible to extract from image file uploaded using file attachment in the page?

Or is there any module that can allow choosing or uploading particular photo in the page as the photo to be displayed in view?

Please give me suggestions, any suggestion that may produce the same effect: title/node body with maximum length, date, time, and picture in a automatic update block. Thanks in advance.
