When I use the bookmarklet under favorites the link seems to incorporate the site I am on, and only the second consecutive time I push the bookmarklet from the same page, do I get the submit form.

Now the javascript link has the source website somehow built into the link.

I can't replicate this with IE6 ... are you using another version?

If you updated nodeformpopup, try to remove and add again the bookmarklet to your favourites
