Problems adding informer to username input form using automatic mode and tabs or modals

If you are using the automatic mode with a registration form that is inside a js tab or in a popup, the js fails because the username input is not in screen when position and width is calculated.
More fixes:
moved the message wrapper into the username_check wrapper
Fix js rname space
Informer (throbbing) is only added when the input form is shown
Added form error class to the input field with errors
