Issues with saved phrase searches

If you do a search for a phrase (multiple words in quotes, like "The Roots") the search works fine, but when you save the search it get's list with the quotes turned into HTML entities (`"The Roots"`). Additionally the url of that saved searches has the quotes and spaces no turned being url-escaped.

To see this in action, install managing news, add a feed from http://pitchfork.com/ and make a saved search for "The Roots" or you own favorite band that has a name longer than on word.
