availale to help fix server upgrade for Drupal site.
If your CSS is wacked, it may be something I can theme together for you quickly.
Did you upgrade versions of drupal, or is it only the server configuration that has changed?

Before you hire someone:
Clear all caches
Ensure that the paths to your modules and theme are the same as on the old server
Ensure that all of your permissions are correct
Of course, ensure that all the correct files are present, especially in your theme
