I believe there is no way to un-attach an image from a story which it has already been attached to. Perhaps you would consider adding this for the next version, if it is in the 'remit' of this module.

Not just a story node, but any node, it seems. Tagging this as a bug instead.

Ideally, we should be able to select , as per how lots of drupal interactions do. Should be a simple fix, hopefully.
