Problem with apostrophes ( ' -> ')

Hello,

I have a problem with apostrophe. When I create a menu with the module since version 2.8 it seems, apostrophes are somehow regarded as special characters. Example: d '= d&#039;

I've attached a picture of my menu with the automatic creation.
