The old planned 1.1 has many new features and db schema change. To keep users who are happy with 1.0 stay as-is, and other testing 2.x with a official release, we create a new 6.x branch.

Upgrade path from 6.x-1.x and 5.x-1.x is supported, but not thoroughly tested. Please back up your database before upgrading and report any encountered error. Block configuration is kept in the core Block settings page, and blocks embedded into Panels. But again, backup your database (tables blocks and panels_pane (if using Panels)) and report any error.

One week and no report. Pump 2.x branch as the recommended to get more attention.

Backup your db before upgrade (so that you don't lose your ad block settings if have error).

2.x was out for a while, and has about of 30 testers at Aug 1st. Today I think there is at least 100 users, no problem has been reported. So, marking it as "fixed". Feel free to reopen or create new issue if you have one.
