Bounty for theme upgrade (Democratica -> 4.7)

As mentioned on this feature request, I'd like to offer a $50 bounty for someone to upgrade the Democratica theme to 4.7. Please contact me if you are interested, along with timeframe and information on previous themes you have upgraded/developed for 4.7.

Not easy

Hey Piersonr,

The democratica theme is indeed not that easy to upgrade to look good in IE, and 4.7. Here you have my adaptation for both. The site itself looks perfect, but you might need some tweaks for the admin menus:
