Hi, i loved, LOVED this module, and it has almost everything i need.

I have one site that links downloads from servers like megaupload, mediafire, etc...

For example:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0YOX4KXW
http://www.mediafire.com/?mwhwkjmnhmz

Is there any way to anchor these links based on their domains?

Based on the current code and design, supporting anchor links with query string requires some code changes. It's not a major change but not a minor change.

Currently, the following anchor link to a file on an external site should work:
http://www.externalsite.com/dir1/file1.zip

However, as you said, the following anchor link to a CGI program on an external site does not work:
http://www.externalsite.com/?d=00001

Give me sometime to think about what I can do.
