The following issue was moved to Drupal 8, but is still listed as a Drupal 7 blocker:

Lastly, the fixed and closed issues should be removed from the list for clarity.

Beta Blockers

The following is a list of issues that are currently blocking a beta release of Drupal 7. We release beta 1 when the upgrade path is working, and there are no more known security holes.

Critical API changes

Once beta 1 is released, we want to be stop making API changes so that the #D7CX movement can get into full swing. However, there are still outstanding critical issues that require API changes in order to resolve.
