Hi,
I am having trouble getting the emfield videos to display in mediafront player.
Here is what I have done
1) content type has these fields
video upload - file
video image - file
embed field - 3rd party
view video field - mediafront
2) Display fileds
view video - set to a preset from mediafront
all other fields Disabled (not excluded)
When I upload a file - it displays fine in the player
but embeded 3rd party urls dont play
I also have the option to download the thumbnail from emfield and they seem to be downloading from youtube.
Here are couple links to the site
http://tinyurl.com/243ezu3 - preset to display all videos with playlist (you can see the uploaded files work)
http://tinyurl.com/39xaft8 - node view - preset is to display singevide without playlist
ps - embed video plays if I just display when switched to its default

kobnim commentedI am having the identical problem, using rc7, and using the set-up described above. I am running on a fresh install of drupal-6.20.
I was able to get filefield videos to work in rc7, but not emfield videos.
In rc8, neither filefield nor emfield videos are working for me.
Has anyone gotten emfield videos to work in rc7 or rc8?

technicalknockout commentedEmbedded video from youtube & vimeo are not working for me either on rc9. Video thumbnail shows up, but when I click play there is no playback. Also, the loading sprite shows on top of the preview thumbnail.
Seems also like these are duplicate or related issues:

http://drupal.org/node/935694
Should we go ahead and set them as 'closed (duplicate)', then redirect the issues to a single thread?

technicalknockout commentedJust tried 6.x-1.0. It works with youtube and vimeo, awesome. Is not working with Media: TED, though the media embed field works fine on its own.

travist commentedThis is as expected and as designed. There currently isn't support for Media: TED with the media player.
Changing this to a feature request and changing the title...

freelockCurious: what is the blocking issue here? Is it that TED isn't providing a suitable stream? Or is it something we can fix through markup?
