Multilingual sites and content with Drupal

This was a discussion of current language support in Drupal, and what can be done to handle multilingual content and sites. What we've got now, what we need for the future, and how can it be achieved.

Some implementation proposal has been also presented, with some code already in the patch queue. This presentation has been both the discussion of some specific proposal to have fully multilingual Drupal sites and the discussion of other possibilities and approaches.
