How to make drupal text area like this?

Hello,
I want to use drupal for my community site. I wish to make my site in Marathi. I wish to use a editor which can directly type in Marathi. I have a editor like this.

but I dont know how to embed it in my Drupal. Please let me know how to do this.

I have Install tinyMEC but I want to write in Marathi as I can write in the editor given above. that editor change my english phonotic words in My Language (unicode base)
I want to know how to make this possible in TinyMEC on in Drupal by any way.

It is now easy to customize. You dont need to think beyond a single function call :)
Maybe you can link it with TinyMCE or FCKEditor.
