After I upgrade panels and ctools I couldn't add content in panel. After add view, in Configure view page when I press finish button nothing happen as a result I cant add content.

And possibly others already marked as dupe or fixed. Unless you can provide some info which distinguishes your problem from those others this smells like a dupe to me.

I uninstall simple menu, and now it works properly.
