Would be nice: Clone preset option

There have been several times I've worked on sites and had to create the same set of actions only slightly modified several times in a row. The worst was setting up a cropping set to go from each of the 9 different areas to begin the crop. Not sure how difficult it would be to add the option to just clone an existing preset to make the process faster.
