After reading a great article over at Lullabot, on the various image/thumbnail/resize combos, I tried to get imagefield/imagecahe up and running. When I try to create an action (imagecache Administration), I'm prompted with a 'No input file specified.' message. I think it may have something to do me needing to modify the .htaccess file (per the readme in imagefield):

comment out RewriteEngine off
add +FollowSymlinks to the Options stanza.

Problem is, I can't even find the .htaccess. I believe I had a similar problem when trying to modify a cron job? Is the .htaccess file something that I should see on my server? I'm using Dreamhost, if that helps.

I finally figured out where the .htaccess file was hiding - still unsure where I'm supposed to make the modifications to get imagefield to work. Any assistance is most appreciated!
