When Panel tab style active , I keep getting this error
warning: Missing argument 2 for panels_tabs_panels_pre_render(), called in sites/all/modules/panels/includes/display-render.inc on line 30 and defined in sites/all/modules/panels_tabs/panels_tabs.module on line 35.

To help me reproduce this, could you let me know which version of panels you are using?

Also where do you see the error message?

I'm using Panels 6.x-3.5 and its shown in any page that used panels

For an instant fix to your problem you can update the panels version to 3.7

Here is however a patch to try and fix this (apply against the dev version of tabs panel style)
