I have installed the Views slideshow galleria and then installed jquery update module(dev version). Then I have created a views block with galleria style as mentioned in the docs. Placing this block in the content top region I got a serious bug like when I am clicking any link in the website(even administration menu links) I am getting a popup of broken image. So I am even unable to disable the module by clicking the module page link.

aaron CreditAttribution: aaron commentedcertainly a critical, bizarre bug. you should be able to navigate directly to /admin/build/modules and disable the module there, to at least make your system stable again.
after that, could you export your view? i can't even begin to imagine what might be causing it, but have to start somewhere.

aaron CreditAttribution: aaron commentedwhat is the broken image popup? what other modules do you have installed; galleria doesn't even normally do popups. do you have thickbox, lightbox2, shadowbox, colorbox, or some other popup module installed? maybe there's a conflict.

I didn't install any of the modules that you mentioned but I was getting a broken popup image when I attempt to click any link.

MrAdamJohn CreditAttribution: MrAdamJohn commentedI had this as well, all links, site wide.
Found it was after the jquery update, thickbox2 needed update as well. Determined with certainty through a series of updates, downgrades etc.
Update jquery_update as well as thickbox2 and you should see symptom disappear.
