Results in a 404 not found even with a static WHERE clause. Instead I've had to use a conditional statement in the construct. Can anyone confirm this behaviour? I did have trouble with my host earlier whereby no PHP code would run at all but that's fixed now however this issue remains.

I'm also running into this issue in the newest version, but it seems to be specific to the development environment-- it works alright on my local machine. Not sure why this would happen, but it causes the same problem in 'Content Templates' as well.
