hook action not setting right value for `disemvowel`

What a nice little module, and I love the name!
I found a simple typo, though, fixed by the attached patch. (To disemvowel, you need to set `comments`.`disemvowel` to 1, not 0; and to emvowel, you need to set it to 0, not 1.)
