Add module description and configurabile duration

Issue Summary

The module has no description in the admin/modules screen.

Also, the duration of the session must be configurable.

Attached is a version of the module that has those features implemented.

Description is added for Drupal 5.0.

Module configuration code needs work.

Added configuration settings as per above patch with additional checkbox to enable or disable bypassing settings.php for managing session lifetime
