A very useful module. Thank you. :-) I do have an issue, however.

According to https://www.notams.jcs.mil/common/icao/USDC.html there are several weather stations in Washington, DC (USA); however, the only ones that appear when searching via http://localhost/drupal/weather are not really in Washington, DC. There should be a "state" labeled as DC as is done in addresses but there is no such "state" within the Weather module. Please add it.

unfortunately, the codes on the website you've mentioned do not provide weather data. You can easily check for yourself on http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/metar.shtml. I'm therefore closing this bug.
