Port number not coming in all pages, page not found

Hi All,

When i click on every pages of my site http://69.70.61.34:1010/dev/ i am getting page not found error.

Checked the URL port number missing there. For example when i click admin - http://69.70.61.34/dev/?q=admin/ its going like this with out the port number 1010. I manually added port number in URL and worked.

Also i tried chaning base Url in setings.php like $base_url = 'http://69.70.61.34:1010/dev'; but no luck.
