No, but it would be cool!

if you want widgets like on google there is another alternative
http://www.widgetbox.com/

to integrate the widgets on Drupal or any other 'blog' or 'cms'

>join the site above >select your widget >edit widget> copy&paste the code snippet on your Drupal block or a page (select html format) presto!

-altough a Drupal integration of goodle gadgets or yahoo apps integration module (alá gmap.module or flickr.module) would not be bad idea either.

and of course Yahoo comes with its own 'gadgets' called 'apps'... weird! :)

since they can be plug-ins gor IM or desktop apps or can be integrated to blog/sites

a bit off topic random immediate thoughts- but also there is something to look at UI aspect of presentation of both google and yahoo makes more accesable to encourage and the way itsbeen laid out to encurage developers to submit apps or gadgets and presentation to compare with Drupal API and core/module developer presentation on this site

- of course with acknowledgement of Yahoo and Google being corporations with resources
I should also say Drupal's own presentation -its voluntary effort and more valuable -imo- is pretty well structured -thanks to many contributors- though its very monocolor and text based
