New, improved Content Profile support.

Improved theming. We now use tpls for most theming duties.
#754544: Switch theme_gigya_friends to use .tpl file
Improved Token integration. Gigya user tokens are now available.
Added alter hooks to allow modification of Gigya widgets. (not yet documented).
Miscellaneous other improvements and bug fixes.
Migration from 2.2 to 3.0 shouldn't be too involved, but may require some theme adjustments, Gigya settings changes, and reconfiguration of Gigya-related actions. Please report bugs and help with the upgrade path.
