I'm playing with the theme -- nice, but I think you've got an undeclared dependency? I had Skinr 1.x installed on my site, and I was confused at the suggestion to check "page rules" and discovered the URL suggested was empty.
I'm guessing that this theme actually needs Skinr 2.x? The page rules feature doesn't exist in 1.x. It'd be a REALLY good idea to make this clear up-front, because Skinr 2.x currently has all kinds of not-ready-for-production-use warnings...
(Come to think of it, I wonder if that's why the block editing hover links aren't showing up as well?)

nomonstersinme commentedYes, Skinr 2.x is required and although there isn't a full official release its in use on MANY sites with no problems. I will edit the project page so it clarifies the version though, thanks for bringing that to my attention.

stevesmename commentedNice suggestion, almost missed this as well.

mikesir87 commentedI guess this falls along in the same issue, but how is it that you're supposed to get started? I installed the Skinr module, version 2.x (which is in dev), and tried to go to /admin/build/skinr/rules, as outlined in your writeup on the main page. But, I got nothing there. I only want to specify the location of the sidebar on the theme. Any ideas?

nomonstersinme commentedSigh.. ok i thought i was helping people out by having this option.. but its clear to me now that i need a default side for the sidebar to be on initially..
@mikesir87 - have you enabled the skinr ui module? perhaps thats why you have nothing under rules...?
