Missing title; return from form; bad default hour; link to edit view; unnecessary text; column titles

This patch does several things.

1. Displays "schedule_title" instead of "menu_title" (which could be empty) at admin/schedule_views
2. Returns to admin/schedule_views after updating or creating a schedule
3. Gives a default hour for "next send" that is in the future, instead of the past
4. Includes a link to "edit view" among the "Options" at admin/schedule_views
5. Removes some redundant help text at admin/schedule_views/edit_schedule/(nid)
6. Clarifies some column titles at admin/schedule_views
