Unable to put site offline using 'site maintenance' . (Drupal 6.x-17, BlogBuzz 6.x-2.0)
Site maintenance page does not show up and the warning message saying siteis in offline mode does not appear, even though 'site offline' radio button is active.

I doubt that is theme causing the issue. For simple test, switch to other theme see if the same thing happen.
