Finally I got rid of wordpress and started using Drupal as my personal blog. I wanted to create a clean & simple layout which validates.
Blog is in Turkish and located here.

I appreciate any feedback.

the website width too small for my WXGA screen. maybe an auto shrink site will help better look. use a table with width=100%. overall this is a nice look site.

I agree, I also use widescreen and the site seems very narrow. The width is 760pixels which is optimized for users with 800x600px resolution. Since this is a blog I don't need to use the screen space and had troubles to dynamically adjust the width of the layout depending on the users' screen resolution. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks,
If you're talking about this pop up image, I used the lightbox module that you can find in Downloads section.

Clean theme, but when you want a white background you should always specify it in the body tag. At the moment I have a grey background and it doesn't look good at all :)

Thank you for the tip, I fixed it. However, I used http://browsershots.org to see how it looked in different browsers and platforms, I didn't notice the grey background. Thanks again.

Most browsers have a default white background, so it generally looks good. For some reason at the moment I use a grey background (liketo see if a gif or png has transparency when I open it), and other people may also have a reason not to keep the default white. As with any other property, you just can't rely on the default browser settings.
By the way, Browsershots looks ugly because they also didn't set the background to white :)

finally upgraded to 5.0 RC. I love it. Already started enjoying jquery ;)
I redesigned my right sidebar using tabs and jquery.
Can anybody confirm that it's working in their browser?
Thanks...
