Issue Summary
FileField Sources includes functionality to transfer from a remote server and save that file directly onto the server through cURL. The implementation also shows a progress bar as the file is transferred between the two servers. Currently though, FileField hides the transfer progress bar unless the field is configured to use the progress bar for uploading also. This patch makes it so that the progress bar (if any) will be shown automatically no matter which button is being clicked.
