That this work by the HTML Tools crew to add HTML5 Elements to Drupal through the Elements module is a duplication of efforts by maulik.kamdar, who is working on the Extend HTML module as a Google of Code student.

We should figure out a way to de-duplicate efforts. Perhaps by working his code into Elements. Or perhaps (more likely?) by stopping this HTML5 work on Elements, and moving all our effort to Maulik's project.

I think is save to closed this issue, as we're already discuss how to handle this going forward.
