Hi fellow Drupalians,

I have the following situation:
I have alot of terms in a vocabulary. These terms are for different area's. Now i'd like to give users of a certain role, permissions to a certain TERM.

So it would be Corresponding ROLE has access to a Corresponding TERM.

Is there a possibility to help me with this?

I have tried the TAC and TAC lite module though it didnt work for me yet.

Any other solutions?

Hmm, sounds like those two modules are exactly what you need. They might not work however if you have other node access granting modules installed - so perhaps check your installation for node access modules (eg node access, organic groups). Sometimes there are workarounds to resolve those conflicts, sometimes not.

I have checked my installed modules to be sure. But I cant seem to find any module to be conflicting with TAC. The only things I have installed are like:
- Admin role
- Menu role access
- Filter permissions
- LDAP

Not sure ive heard of menu role access (although the name does suggest that it might be a potential conflicting module), the rest shouldnt be a problem
