Confirmation message after successfully creating a node

Hello folks,

After a user has successfully created a node they are greeted with a message which basically prints something along the lines of "A 'Node Submission Title' has been created.". Is there any way at all to configure this message to print exactly what I'd like?

For example:

"Congratulations, your submission was successful"

The message currently prints the title of the created node which in some cases looks very much out of place.
